Where will the tracker be used?
Wallet, keys, luggage, collar or frame. The object decides the shell, the attachment method and what the sample has to survive.
About Kingminson
We develop and manufacture network-enabled tracker programs for own-brand, retail and distribution teams. Our work connects the product format, enclosure, ecosystem configuration, packaging and destination-market requirements before a production order is released.
Factory-direct programs · Sample-first approval · Model-level documentation

For a buyer, the product includes more than the tracker shell. It includes where the item will be used, how it will be attached, which ecosystem and market it will serve, what the customer will see in the package, and how the approved version will be checked in production.
That is why we review the format, enclosure, finish, marking, packaging and destination market as one program instead of quoting an isolated unit price.
Wallet, keys, luggage, collar or frame. The object decides the shell, the attachment method and what the sample has to survive.
Model, hardware revision, ecosystem configuration and packaging version are fixed before anything is quoted as final.
Finish, marking, artwork, insert copy and the physical sample — approved by you, not assumed by the factory.
Quantity band, delivery term, document scope and the assumptions behind each line, so two suppliers can be compared honestly.
You do not need to arrive with a finished engineering drawing. You do need to tell us what the product must do, where it will be sold and what quantity you are planning.
We use that brief to separate what is already proven on a standard format from what needs engineering review, ecosystem confirmation, testing or a physical sample.
The object being tracked, the customer using it, the sales channel, the destination market, the ecosystem preference and the quantity band.
OutputProduct brief
Format, materials, attachment, finish, marking, packaging direction and the ecosystem status that actually applies to that model.
OutputConfiguration record
Product, tooling, packaging, freight and document scope quoted as separate lines, with the assumptions written down.
OutputItemised quotation
A physical sample is tested and approved against function, fit, finish, marking and packaging — one reference for the run.
OutputApproved physical sample
The approved version becomes the inspection reference; the shipping record carries it forward to the buyer.
OutputInspection and shipping record
A wallet card, a keychain format, a luggage tag, a pet accessory and an asset mount live in different conditions and are carried, attached and serviced differently. A format that works on a desk can fail on a bag strap or a collar.
Buyer outputA format recommendation tied to the intended use, market and quantity.
“Works with Apple and Android” is not a specification. A buyer needs the exact model, the ecosystem configuration, the onboarding status, the test devices used and the market the claim is made in.
Buyer outputA model-level configuration that can be reviewed before artwork and packaging are finalised.
A sample proves what was approved: function, fit, finish, marking and packaging direction. Without a written approval point, the first production run becomes the real standard.
Buyer outputA sample approval point and a traceable reference for production inspection.
Certificate scope depends on the exact enclosure, battery, radio configuration and destination market. A document issued for a similar model is not evidence for the SKU you plan to sell.
Buyer outputA request path for current documents that match the planned configuration.
A tracker launch can involve the enclosure, decorative finish, logo marking, mount, electronics, retail packaging and shipping documents. When those parts are quoted and managed by disconnected suppliers, a small change can create a new lead time, a new minimum or an unclear responsibility.
Our role is to coordinate the parts of the program that affect one another and identify where external testing or market-specific documentation is required before production is released.
Where a step runs outside our own floor — independent testing, regulatory review or specialist finishing — it is named as such, and the party responsible is stated in the quotation. Program coordination is not a claim that every process happens under one roof.
Values that depend on the order carry a status instead of a number. Nothing here is a placeholder.
Company documents, capacity statements and test reports are released during supplier evaluation rather than published here, because their scope changes with the model and the market. Ask for the set that matches the product you intend to sell.
Format, use case, target market, ecosystem preference, quantity band and launch window. A reference file helps; it is not a precondition.
You get the quotation lines, the assumptions behind them and the questions that would change the number — not a single unit price with no basis.
Physical sample, artwork and packaging are approved against what the market will receive, and the approval is recorded.
The purchase order carries the model, revision, packaging version and document scope; production is checked against the approved reference.
A serious supplier evaluation is not a request for more badges. It is a request for the evidence that matches the product you intend to sell.
Supported by the current product or document set for the stated scope.
Possible, but dependent on model, firmware, enclosure or packaging configuration.
Requires a written review against quantity, market, testing or artwork.
Ecosystem compatibility, platform onboarding and market compliance are reviewed at model and destination-market level. A format being listed on this site does not mean that every model in it holds the same status: the exact enclosure, battery, radio configuration and packaging decide what can be claimed and what has to be tested.
Where a claim depends on a third party — a platform owner, a testing laboratory or a market regulator — it is confirmed in writing for your configuration, not implied by proximity to a logo.
